Brief Introduction
The innovative solar street light is an off-grid lighting for street, road, park and places where lack of electricity are or
cable laying is of high cost.

The solar street light absorbs the solar energy and converts it into electricity to be used for lighting.
Through an intelligent controller, it will save the excess generated energy in a battery that will supply the required
power to lighten the high efficient LEDs 8-10 hours each day, 4-5 consecutive cloudy days as a max option.

Since not every location and project is the same, our solar street lights have focused on the components – the LED
lights, solar panels, battery storage and pole height all can be easily balanced and customized to fit best in a
particular project.

LED light is recognized as the best light source for the wind solar street lighting for its energy saving, as long as 50,000 hours lifespan and the high luminary efficiency. Our LED chip is from world top chip supplier OSRAM.
LED Street light driver is the product developed by

light source for LED light. The products use the advanced electronic and power technology, excellent heat
dissipation design, which guarantees the longer lifespan.

  •     Solar Panel

    The solar panel plays two roles in the wind solar lighting system. It generates power and charges the
    battery.  It also promotes the load work. Its quality and cost will directly determine the quality and cost of the
    whole system. We choose the polycrystalline silicon chip, which has better conversion efficiency. Our
    packaging solar modules is in strict accordance with international standards of production technology,
    such as ISO9001, ISO14001, IEC61215:1993.

    Many factors are taken into consideration for calculating the solar panel needed in a particular project
    through special software, including previous statistics, the measurement of the statistical data, the climate
    condition of the place (the site's longitude, solar radiation, climate, weather, terrain and surface features,
    etc.) The right choice of solar panel provides not only the economic benefits but also ensures the high
    reliability of the whole wind solar lighting system. The solar radiation energy data of a specific location is
    based on the data provided by the Meteorological Station.


1-Product characteristics:
    -Lighting time: 8-10 hours per day, 3 consecutive days without charging. (If you need longer lighting
    time, please tell us)
    - Working time: stable supply for lighting without stop in bad weather conditions, when the sunlight is
    good
    - Turn on of light source: Automatic control by controller according to environmental brightness, the
    lamp will automatically start lighting when the environment becomes dark.
    - Turnoff of light source: Automatic control by controller according to lighting time, lighting time can be
    set by operating controller; the lamp will automatically turn off till lighting for set lighting time.
    - Package: Construction components including post, post arm, module bracket and battery box packed
    into poly bags, and all other components packed into cartons. All cartons are packed in wooden case

    10% & 25 years with maximum power loss of 20%

(1)Battery selection
There are many types of batteries for the solar lighting. The maintenance-free lead acid battery is used
widely at present in domestic market. We use it because it features maintenance-free and less
environmental pollution. It's very suitable for reliable performance of the solar power system, especially the
solar lighting.

(2)Design of battery capacity for lighting system
The battery capacity is very important for designing the lighting time of the light. The power consumption of
the system is the key factor that determines the design capacity of the battery. During the design, several
factors are considered, including the power consumption of LED light, power factor, lasting consecutive
days, besides, as the components' generating capacity varies in different month. So the power of wind
turbine and solar panel in different month are two factors that determine the battery capacity.


1) Lead calcium 6 elements alloy grid, forming a paste electrode coated board: large-capacity, long-life

2) Tin Lead Multi-alloy flow Row: internal resistance on the corrosion-resistant, able to withstand the long-
term use of flow charging.

3) Advanced AGM divide: absorb electrolytes fully, without free liquid, gas-Yam smooth absorption, can be
used at any position

5) Safety explosion proof, no-corrosive liquid gas leak

  •      Intelligent controller

    PWM mode off-overload
When the electrical power generated by the wind turbine and solar panels exceeds the needs of the battery
and invert output, the control system must let out the superfluous power by discharging. Our controller adopts
the constant voltage charging mode-PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) to ensure the storage battery voltage to be
on the floating charge voltage all the time, thus making full use of the electrical power and prolong the service
life of the battery.

    Automatic voltage regulation
With a single chip, the controller can detect the battery charging voltage and current all the time, meanwhile, it
can control the photovoltaic to restrict the battery’s voltage and current, thus ensuring the lifespan of battery.

    LCD display
With LCD display, you can easily check the state of storage battery. You can also adjust the lighting time
based on the state of the battery voltage.

    Wind and solar hybrid
Wind and solar hybrid system can be complementary, thus making full use of the wind and solar energy to
generate power and reducing unbalanced or insufficient power supply resulting from single energy for power
generation.

    Perfect protection setup

A, anti reverse charging protection: at night, the battery voltage is sometimes higher than the solar array
terminal voltage. With anti reverse charging protection function, this controller can prevent the battery from
charging the solar panel.

B, lightening protection: this controller is equipped with lightening protection device to discharge the strong
transient voltage producing

C, reverse connection protection: this controller has perfect reverse connection protection. If the positive pole
and negative pole is connected reversely, the fuse will cut off automatically to avoiding the damaging to the
battery and whole system.

D, short circuit protection: the controller will alarm when the battery is short circuit or bad connection.

E, digital intelligent control: the controller adopts the microchip processing as its core component to ensure
accurate control, which also makes the peripheral circuit structure integrated. It has agile control way and
control strategy to guarantee the excellent reliability and durability.
