The solar panel plays two roles in the wind solar lighting system. It generates power and charges the battery. It also promotes the load work. Its quality and cost will directly determine the quality and cost of the whole system. We choose the polycrystalline silicon chip, which has better conversion efficiency. Our packaging solar modules is in strict accordance with international standards of production technology, such as ISO9001, ISO14001, IEC61215:1993.
Many factors are taken into consideration for calculating the solar panel needed in a particular project through special software, including previous statistics, the measurement of the statistical data, the climate condition of the place (the site's longitude, solar radiation, climate, weather, terrain and surface features, etc.) The right choice of solar panel provides not only the economic benefits but also ensures the high reliability of the whole wind solar lighting system. The solar radiation energy data of a specific location is based on the data provided by the Meteorological Station.

(1)Battery selection There are many types of batteries for the solar lighting. The maintenance-free lead acid battery is used widely at present in domestic market. We use it because it features maintenance-free and less environmental pollution. It's very suitable for reliable performance of the solar power system, especially the solar lighting.
(2)Design of battery capacity for lighting system The battery capacity is very important for designing the lighting time of the light. The power consumption of the system is the key factor that determines the design capacity of the battery. During the design, several factors are considered, including the power consumption of LED light, power factor, lasting consecutive days, besides, as the components' generating capacity varies in different month. So the power of wind turbine and solar panel in different month are two factors that determine the battery capacity.

When the electrical power generated by the wind turbine and solar panels exceeds the needs of the battery and invert output, the control system must let out the superfluous power by discharging. Our controller adopts the constant voltage charging mode-PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) to ensure the storage battery voltage to be on the floating charge voltage all the time, thus making full use of the electrical power and prolong the service life of the battery.
Automatic voltage regulation
With a single chip, the controller can detect the battery charging voltage and current all the time, meanwhile, it can control the photovoltaic to restrict the battery’s voltage and current, thus ensuring the lifespan of battery.
With LCD display, you can easily check the state of storage battery. You can also adjust the lighting time based on the state of the battery voltage.
Wind and solar hybrid system can be complementary, thus making full use of the wind and solar energy to generate power and reducing unbalanced or insufficient power supply resulting from single energy for power generation.
A, anti reverse charging protection: at night, the battery voltage is sometimes higher than the solar array terminal voltage. With anti reverse charging protection function, this controller can prevent the battery from charging the solar panel.
B, lightening protection: this controller is equipped with lightening protection device to discharge the strong transient voltage producing
C, reverse connection protection: this controller has perfect reverse connection protection. If the positive pole and negative pole is connected reversely, the fuse will cut off automatically to avoiding the damaging to the battery and whole system.
D, short circuit protection: the controller will alarm when the battery is short circuit or bad connection.
E, digital intelligent control: the controller adopts the microchip processing as its core component to ensure accurate control, which also makes the peripheral circuit structure integrated. It has agile control way and control strategy to guarantee the excellent reliability and durability.
